Attn. Ms Jenny

Please specify if in any way that the wide-embracing TOS has been inadvertently violated. You may also note that I have loyally using the said email address as my primary online contact for more than a decade.

It would be a drastic disservice to me for discontinuing its use. There have been records of several official interactions with organizations. It would be more apt to impose a stern warning against a specific abuse and allow continuity of service under observation iaw TOS.

Thank you.

I am still lost on which of the TOS have I violated. May I appeal ONCE MORE for enabling back my account for there are several material correspondence that need to follow up otherwise it will result in inconvenience and probable monetary loss. It is believed that, in customer care, it would be the last thing you like to be part of the cause of such loss.

As an alternative, just allow me to access my mails for a limited number of days to retrieve those important mails, then you may enforce your action.

Thank you
